Schlosshotel Kitzbuehel is appreciated for its convenient location, just a short drive to both the Horn lift and the Hahnenkamm lift, making it a great base for skiing. Many guests enjoy the excellent breakfast buffet in the newly renovated restaurant, as well as the cozy bar area with a fireplace and the terrace overlooking the city and the Streif. The spacious rooms are suitable for families, and the availability of indoor and outdoor pools, coupled with a modern spa and gym, are definite highlights; however, a few guests mentioned the lack of coffee machines in the rooms. The hotel also offers a surprisingly good sushi counter as an alternative to traditional food.

i stayed here for three nights. the breakfast was excellent and had a great variety. the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and well-kept. the staff was friendly and always happy to help, i loved it!

there was no coffee machine in the room, which i found surprising, we asked for one, but it never arrived. we asked for help with the luggage upon arrival and departure, but no one came. the mattresses were too hard. i couldn't sleep well. it was unfortunate.

I enjoyed the good food at the hotel. Staff members were friendly and helpful . I liked that there were both indoor and outdoor pools. The gym provided equipment for workouts .

The room was warmer than I preferred. The public areas felt a bit too warm, it caused minor discomfort.
